File Drop is a convenient place to stick files for a few minutes, say to send a file to a friend over IM from behind a firewall, or just stash it away for a very short time. Files uploaded will be deleted in a half hour or so (maybe more, maybe less, I make no promises) but in the meantime you'll get a url you can use to retrieve them. You cannot upload ones bigger than a few megs though or Ning rejects it, so no ISO hosting.
After uploading you'll get a link to retrieve you file. Have fun!
